My work as Designer at Political Strategy and Communication office (INTPA02)
I worked to create visually cohesive and impactful designs for both external and internal use. I ensured consistency across various digital platforms by closely following and applying brand guidelines to ensure visibility of Commissions efforts and commitments.
With numerous projects spanning various sectors and audiences, maintaining a consistent visual identity is essential to reinforce credibility and cohesion across all communication efforts. By adhering to established brand standards, I ensure that each design reflects the EU’s values while remaining versatile enough to suit a broad array of topics and platforms. This attention to detail not only strengthens the EU’s brand presence but also ensures that each initiative feels connected to a larger, unified purpose.
Workfows optimization
I led several internal projects aimed at improving team efficiency by reorganizing information architecture and introducing better tools and workflows. This included conducting extensive interviews and a card-sorting exercise to understand how colleagues search for information, leading to a more intuitive structure. I also researched and presented an overview of relevant AI tools, ran knowledge-sharing sessions on Agile principles, and introduced the team to Figma, helping them adopt more collaborative and design-oriented ways of working.

From Data to Design
I created numerous infographics explaining projects and country or region-specific data, translating complex information into clear, engaging visual narratives. This involved working with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, structuring content for clarity, and designing visuals that were both informative and accessible.
They were published on the International partnership website to better explain EU cooperation with partners around the world to general public, used as briefing material for high profile officials or used on thematic events.
Social media campaigns
I was involved in several social media campaigns, the most significant of which addressed violence against women. I worked closely with the social media team to create impactful, culturally sensitive content for key partner countries. My responsibilities included researching similar campaigns worldwide to identify effective visual strategies, proposing content ideas aligned with engagement goals, and designing adaptable visuals for various platforms.
Publication covers

I designed covers for policy reports, translating complex subjects into clear, engaging visuals while ensuring alignment with institutional branding. The work involved negotiating between multiple stakeholders across directorate-generals to establish a shared vision, balancing their input with design principles and communication goals. This experience sharpened my skills in visual storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and navigating competing priorities—key aspects of user-centered design.
