Many people trying to follow structured eating habits juggle multiple tools: blogs, recipe books, YouTube, Excel sheets, separate shopping lists. Most recipes lack nutritional context, and meal planning becomes overwhelming. On top of that, sharing personalized plans with a trainer or loved one isn’t easy or standardized.
We are designing a mobile-first app that brings everything into one place: meal planning, recipes with macronutrient data, and shareable plans. So far, I’ve mapped key user journeys, run surveys with users and professionals, and begun prototyping features like smart filters, auto-generated shopping lists, and meal-sharing tools.
